COMPUTATIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Decision making is always supported through the gathering sufficient of intelligence about the domain of concern. Due to the availability of data, intelligence gathered by the process of analysing and learning from data improves our knowledge. Computational Intelligence can play a greater role in attaining this goal. It defines the foundation, core design and application of engineering within a range of fields=using the development of computational paradigms.

KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY

Complex real world problems are increasing at an exponentially higher rate than the growth of industrial revolution. In such scenarios, unconventional thinking has led to several ground-breaking inventions and added futher knowledge to the world economy. Development of knowledge economy is a primary focus for all governments and private organisations, when designing their policies. The next half the decade will be dedicated to the accumulation of knowledge and decisions based on the large volumes of available data.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Knowledge Economy (ICCIKE 2019) aims to provide a platform for the researchers working across the globe to disseminate their knowledge in the field of Computational Intelligence and the Development of a futuristic Knowledge Economy, with a focus on NASA 2031 – UAE Agenda. The event will also help inquisitive researchers and provide an opportunity for networking among fellow researchers working across research organisations and institutions in different countries. With a focus on cross-industry discussions, the conference will provide a platform to bring together researchers to discuss recent advances in the field of computational intelligence and knowledge discovery. The use of computational intelligence will play a substantial role in the submitted research manuscripts of the conference.

Computational Intelligence includes the theory, design, application and development of computational paradigms like neural networks, learning systems, hybrid intelligent systems, evolutionary computation and artificial intelligence. Some applications are awareness and reasoning, data science, big data and brain science computations. Also, computational intelligence is applied widely within all disciplines of engineering which requires intelligent decision making and automation.

In the information age, rather than physical assets or resources, knowledge is the key to competitiveness. Knowledge Economy can be regarded from the following perspectives-techno-centric perspectives especially those contributing to knowledge enlargement and sharing. Others include the organisational and ecological perspectives.
