Our residential buildings frame the outdoor sports amenities and are visible along the highway and pedestrian pathway. There is space for 265 students to live in single and twin rooms, and 10 guest rooms for external faculty or conference guests. Each student will have their own credentials to connect up to four devices to the WiFi. There is also a gym, which is open from 7 am to 10pm, and a coin operated laundry room that residents can use at any time.
There are separate secure entrances and floors for male and female students and guests.
Room fees
Fees include water and electricity. A refundable deposit of AED 2,000 is required to secure the room.
Double Occupancy: AED 25,000 per year
Single Occupancy: AED 40,000 per year
