Programme Description

This programme is best suited for student’s that possess various logical and analytical skills, time management skills and managerial skills. A major emphasis of the programme is the development and completion of a research problem that involves advanced techniques and concepts, culminating in an oral defense of the Ph.D. dissertation.

The objective of the PhD programme in Management is to prepare students to work as professionals in academia, government firms, or in a private organisations. Furthermore, a collaborative effort bridging the industry-academia divide will also emerge, creating a positive impact within the management industry, increase research publications in prestigious journals and promote consultancy.
