Dr. Kishora Shetty

Dr. Kishora Shetty has over 26 years of experience in aerospace materials, manufacturing, and certification. He holds multiple degrees, including a B.E. (Metallurgy) from NITK, M.S. (Materials) from IISc, and two PhDs. Dr. Shetty has two patents, six applications, and 60 trade secrets, and he’s received numerous awards, including the SASE Achievement Award (2024) and Empower Role Model List (2023). He is NDT Level II and Six Sigma Green Belt certified and trains in Critical and Systems Thinking.

Dr. Marwan Alzaylaie

Dr. Marwan Alzaylaie
Senior Manager, Geotechnical Engineering, Dubai Development Authority


Dr. Marwan Alzaylaie is a geotechnical engineer with over 20 years of experience in industry and academia. Since 2006, he has been Senior Manager of Geotechnical Engineering at Dubai Development Authority, overseeing complex designs and site supervision. He has also taught at Heriot-Watt University Dubai and Abu Dhabi University as Adjunct Faculty. Dr. Alzaylaie holds a PhD from TU Darmstadt, Germany, focused on Dubai’s sedimentary rock. He has published extensively, organised international conferences, and is active in professional organisations, including the Deep Foundation Institute (DFI) Middle East as Secretary & Treasurer.

Mr. Kiran Srivasthava is the Regional Manager at Fluid Codes- Elite Partner of Ansys in the MEA Region, supporting the Aviation, Space, and Defense sectors in the UAE. He holds a Master’s in Product Design and Manufacturing and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. With over 12 years in CAE solutions, Kiran has expanded Fluid Codes' market presence and built strategic relationships. His experience with companies like Dassault Systèmes, PTC, and Altair Engineering enables him to help clients overcome complex engineering challenges. He also champions CAE solutions for academia and industry, advancing sustainable product design and development.

Dr. Mamilla Ravi Sankar

Dr. Mamilla Ravi Sankar
Professor of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Tirupati


Dr. Sankar’s research focuses on Nano Finishing, Micro-Nano Manufacturing, and Precision 3D Printing. With over 80 journal articles, 150 conference papers, and 10 patents, he has significantly contributed to research labs like CMTI, Bangalore. He manages significant research funding and has guided numerous PhD students. Dr. Sankar is an editorial member for the IMechE Journal of Micromanufacturing and has received the IEI Young Engineers Award.

Prof. Reza Kolahchi

Prof. Reza Kolahchi is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University, China. He is recognised internationally for his contributions to the fields of nanomechanics, continuum mechanics, and advanced structural analysis. His work integrates theoretical, computational, and experimental approaches to address complex engineering challenges, particularly in the design and analysis of nanostructures and their applications in aerospace, civil, and mechanical engineering. He is consistently ranked among the World’s Top 2% Scientists, as identified by the prestigious database developed by Stanford University. This recognition highlights his significant impact on the global scientific community, with extensive publications in high-ranking international journals, numerous citations, and contributions to state-of-the-art developments in engineering and applied sciences.
