Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a university library, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance library services and support evolving academic and research needs.
