Registration Fee
A nonrefundable registration fee of AED 500/- (USD 140) is payable for each semester, before the registration of the
semester.
Tuition Fee
- Fees are to be paid in full before the start of the session, according to the number of subjects taken and its credit hours.
- Tuition fee for the semester can be paid in two equal installments:
- The first installment by current dated cheque/ Bank transfer / online payment gateway/ Debit or Credit card.
- The second installment by post-dated cheque, dated within two months from the start of the semester.
- International students are required to pay the annual fee in one installment.
- Payment of the tuition fees for the subsequent academic years must be made by the end of the first week of the
beginning of each academic year.
Please note: The fees listed below do not include any bursaries or financial aid. Additional bursaries may be applied.

Refund Policy:
Enrolled students are academically and financially responsible for their course unless officially withdrawn as stated
below.

Tuition Fee:
Total Refund
- If the university is unable to provide the program.
Partial Refund
- If the student is unsuccessful in obtaining a student visa, all tuition fees paid in advance, and registration fee are refundable except the visa fee.
- If a student withdraws before the commencement of the semester, all tuition fees paid in advance are refundable except registration fee.
- If a student withdraws within the first 14 days from the commencement of semester, the student shall be eligible for a refund of 50% of the tuition fee paid for the respective semester except the registration fee.
No Refund
- If a student withdraws after first 14 days from the commencement of any semester, the student shall not be eligible for a refund of the tuition fee or registration fee paid for the relevant semester.
- Students, who have either suspended or dismissed from the university for disciplinary reasons or for not maintaining minimum standards or academic progression, shall not be eligible for any refund of tuition fees.

Refundable Security Deposit:
Refundable deposits shall be refunded after adjusting all the dues, if any, upon withdrawal or graduation.
Note:
- For withdrawals/refunds, the student should submit the appropriate withdrawal form to the Student Services Office.
- Refunds and transfers are at the discretion of the University.
