Amity University Dubai is seeking a Marketing Content Creator to join our team.
Position Overview:
To develop & distribute engaging multimedia content that promotes the university's academic programmes, student achievements, campus life, and institutional initiatives by supporting the university's brand identity and enrolment goals through compelling digital and traditional content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content calendars aligned with university marketing goals and enrolment initiatives
- Create high-quality written content including blog posts, web copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and newsletters
- Develop and edit multimedia content including videos, photography, graphics, infographics, and interactive media
- Manage and optimize content across multiple digital platforms including website, social media, email, and mobile applications
- Conduct audience research and analyse content performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize engagement
- Interview faculty, staff, students, and alumni to gather compelling stories and testimonials
- Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, student life, and advancement teams to amplify their messaging
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and marketing materials in accordance with university guidelines
- Assist with event marketing, promotional materials, and experiential content initiatives
- Stay current with content trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Media Studies, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional content creation and marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), website platforms, and social media management tools
- Experience with content analytics, SEO principles, and digital marketing metrics
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent design/video software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to think strategically about content and brand messaging.
- Experience with video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools
- Knowledge of web design principles and HTML/CSS basics
- Experience with podcasting, webinars, or live streaming content
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse content creation work
