We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer & Data Analyst to support Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness processes of the University.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation
- Develop and track quality improvement plans
- Conduct surveys and analyze institutional data
- Produce dashboards and reports for management and regulators
- Support internal audits and standardize documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred)
- Min 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, accreditation or institutional research, preferably in higher education
- Experience with CAA accreditation
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel and Power BI/Tableau)
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
