Dr. Aradhana B Bhardwaj is an experienced Programme Leader for the Department of Psychology at Amity University Dubai. She holds an MPhil and PhD in Psychology from HP University, Summerhill, Shimla, and an MA in Psychology from DAV (PG) College, Dehradun, India. 

With 18 years of teaching, research, and counselling experience post her master's, she has taught courses on various Behavioral Science topics, including Experimental Psychology, Applied Positive Psychology, Science of well-being, Human skills development, and School Counselling. She has also guided students in their project work and is a gold medalist in the Diploma of Clinical Psychology and the Diploma of Guidance and Counseling.

Dr. Aradhana has published many research papers in international journals and presented papers at conferences. Her research interests are in the areas of Positive Psychology, Sports Psychology, and Mental health. She has written case studies on "Ministry of Happiness: Can Dubai Become the World's Happiest City" and "Can the UAE Address Issues Related to Genetic Disorders?" hosted by the European Case Clearing House (ECCH), the Case Centre, UK.
