Dr. Imene Soussi is a full-time Assistant Professor of Architecture at Amity University Dubai, with over 15 years of academic and professional experience in architecture and interior architecture. She holds a PhD in Architecture from the National School of Architecture and Urbanism of Tunis (ENAU), in collaboration with École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Lyon (ENSA Lyon), and has worked academically with Teesside University (UK) and École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-La Villette (ENSA Paris-La Villette), reflecting strong experience with European and UK curricula.


She has extensive expertise in academic quality assurance, curriculum development, and programme leadership. Dr. Soussi previously served as a faculty member at the College of Fine Arts and Design (CFAD), University of Sharjah, and has held the role of Head of School at the British Applied College (BAC). Her research interests include sustainable and climate-responsive architecture, digital and parametric design, heritage and urban morphology, daylighting and building performance, and the application of AI and computational tools in architectural design and education.
