Dr. Malini Mittal Bishnoi is a highly qualified faculty member at Amity University Dubai who teaches courses across three programs within the Faculty of Humanities, Arts, and Sciences (HAAS), namely Psychology, Law, and Media. Dr. Bishnoi is also a part of the University academic and research executive council and serves as the research coordinator for HAAS.

With extensive academic experience in interdisciplinary teaching in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Dr. Bishnoi has taught at Amity University in Dubai, the American University of Kuwait, and the Gulf University of Science and Technology, Kuwait. Her responsibilities include counselling, evaluation, advocacy, and curriculum design and development.

She has extensive research experience, including a doctoral thesis based on primary data collection from a section of pink-collar workers in Kuwait, which draws on secondary literature from the research already undertaken in the area of migration studies. She also conducted intensive research on the level of education and its impact on the life of rural women vis-a-vis urban women and co-authored a curriculum book on 'Gender, Education & Development' published by the Department of Education at the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education, University of Delhi, India.
