Dr Vishnu Nair, currently an Assistant Professor at Amity University Dubai, holds a PhD in Law from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi, Kerala. He has a Master's in Public Law and Intellectual Property Rights with distinction from the University of Kerala and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from Kerala Law Academy Law College, Trivandrum.
Since 2016, he has actively practised law, specialising in Constitutional, Civil, and Arbitration matters. Dr Nair served as a faculty member at Kerala Law Academy Law College, contributing expertise in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and International Law. He is an honorary lecturer at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
His achievements include the Sarah Dorrington Encouragement Award for Best Upcoming Team at the 14th International Maritime Arbitration Moot Competition and participation in prestigious international competitions like the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court.
