Mr. Deepak Patil works as an assistant professor at the School of Engineering, Architecture, and Interior Design, where he conducts research on smart cities, project monitoring and control, contract management, and sustainable project management. He strongly advocates for project-based learning as a teaching strategy that emphasizes problem-solving, decision-making, and investigative skills to tackle real-world problems and challenges.  

With his extensive background in project management and construction engineering, he has successfully overseen the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of architectural and infrastructure projects, including residential townhomes, high-rise residential buildings, industrial buildings, retail facilities, and healthcare facilities for leading construction companies across the continent.

As a built environment professional, Mr. Patil has honed his skills in core areas such as project management and construction engineering, enabling him to spearhead various projects in accordance with business requirements. He has an exceptional track record in delivering projects of diverse formats, from planning and design management to site execution, demonstrating his expertise in overseeing complex projects.
