Prof. Anand Kumar is an accomplished academic and researcher. He currently serves as a professor at Amity University Dubai.

Prof. Anand’s teaching style is significantly influenced by his experience of over ten years in the telecom industry at Ericsson and Motorola. He uses practical examples, illustrations, and assignments to help students learn effectively. He has obtained his PhD and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University, Houston, Texas, USA.

He has previously held several leadership positions, including Professor, Associate Dean Practice School (internship), Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Associate Dean of Academic and Resource Planning at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. He has also worked at the New York Institute of Technology and Higher Colleges of Technology and spent almost five years at Ericsson in Plano, Texas, USA, and Bangalore, India, where he held various roles, including Product Manager and System Engineer.
