Amity University Dubai is looking for an Assistant Registrar to join our Registrar's Office.
Role Summary
- Master’s degree in any academic discipline, preferably with Ph.D.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a higher education institute.
- Well-versed with Ministry of Education - UAE standards.
- Ensure compliance with student enrollment procedures.
- Assist in maintaining historical data of students & course offerings.
- Assist the Registrar in preparation of class schedules.
- Assist in preparing & monitoring Academic calendar of the university.
- Suggest improvements to maintain the ongoing registration & record-keeping systems.
