Amity University Dubai is looking for an Assistant Registrar to join our Registrar's Office.  


Role Summary


  • Master’s degree in any academic discipline, preferably with Ph.D.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role at a higher education institute.
  • Well-versed with Ministry of Education - UAE standards.
  • Ensure compliance with student enrollment procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining historical data of students & course offerings.
  • Assist the Registrar in preparation of class schedules.
  • Assist in preparing & monitoring Academic calendar of the university.
  • Suggest improvements to maintain the ongoing registration & record-keeping systems.
