Amity University Dubai is looking for an Academic Research Administrator to join our Research Committee.  


The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire research award process, from initiation to completion. This role involves ensuring comprehensive documentation and adherence to compliance standards at every stage—whether it's planning, execution, monitoring, or evaluating the impact of research projects.

Role Summary


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance with grant and contract regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reconciliations for all active cash-based projects.
  • Oversee budget milestones and Faculty Research Grant cash flow.
  • Monitor expenditure profile to ensure efficient fund utilisation and alert Programme Leaders to potential issues.
  • Evaluate submitted research forms with the verification checklist.
  • Prepare monthly, half-yearly, and annual research performance information report.
