Amity University Dubai is looking for Student Recruitment Executives from Africa & CIS countries, to work with our Admissions department to establish and administer project for targeting, recruitment and retention of students in graduate and undergraduate programmes.

Qualification

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a proven record in student recruitment.
  
• Knowledge of record keeping.
  
• Knowledge of college services and/or community resources available to students.
  
• Good Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint is a prerequisite.
  



Role Summary :



• Student counseling and guidance: Engage with prospective students to discuss their career aspirations, interests, and academic goals, presenting them with various programme options offered by the university.
• Recruitment strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract potential students, including organising information sessions, campus tours, and outreach programmes.
• Programme promotion: Represent the university at school events, fairs, and exhibitions to promote the various academic programmes and highlight the benefits of studying at the institution.
• Training and professional development: Attend training sessions and workshops conducted by programme leaders to stay informed about the different programmes offered by the university and be able to effectively communicate this information to prospective students.
• Application assistance: Provide guidance to students on the application process, admission requirements, and deadlines, assisting them in completing their applications accurately.
• Achieve enrollment targets: Collaborate with the admission team to meet enrollment targets by identifying and attracting potential students, converting inquiries into applications, and encouraging successful admissions. Follow up with prospective students after initial interactions, addressing any concerns or queries they may have and providing additional information as needed to support their decision-making process.
