She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics under the supervision of Professor Ray Richardson. Dr. Priya is an Academic Member of CIPD and a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Excellence Standards (FHEA). Her professional background encompasses curriculum development and academic accreditation at both national and international levels.
