Programme description
This programme will provide a learning platform for the students to learn the technical and operative skills required by hospitality industry. During the programme the student will learn the technical skills of the core operation of hospitality like Front Office, Food Production, Accommodation Operation and F & B Service along with general management skills. During the programme students will learn through hands-on experience, on the job training and research. Students will also undergo one semester for industrial training where they will get industrial exposure.

There are rewarding employment options in the hotel industry. Graduates are welcomed by hotel chains, restaurant, cruise ships, institutional and industrial catering, clubs, airlines and banks, and insurance houses.

Each student will have the knowledge of hospitality products and be able to cater to the individual customer’s needs.
Every student will be able to identify problems by conducting hospitality research, analyse data, apply the appropriate research tools and ultimately devise the best solution.
Students will be able to develop and demonstrate skills related to hospitality technology application in order to gain access to various sources and make accurate recommendations.
Students will be able to present information precisely and accordingly in verbal and non-verbal communication that is appropriate to the situation.

Students will acquire guest management, culinary, front office, guest and restaurant management skills.
We have a fully equipped hospitality studio
Our lab includes a functional simulation of a hotel including a front desk, lobby area, reservations, guest rooms with ensuite bath, bar and restaurant, and five-star kitchen facilities. In total, 50 students can be accommodated in the lab. This is great for students as it gives them an upper hand when joining the hospitality industry. They would have the experience and knowledge needed to understand the day to day operations of a hotel.
