F.L.O.R.E.S (Flood Loss and Optimised Response Efficiency System) is a platform designed to enhance emergency response during floods. F.L.O.R.E.S, programmatically retrieves and processes raw, unprocessed 8-band imagery from Planet’s SkySat and Dove Constellations, applying advanced remote sensing and machine learning techniques—including NDWI masking and image bounding segmentation—alongside our proprietary Flood Severity Scoring Algorithm to rank flood severity and streamline responses for emergency responders and other relevant stakeholders.
