The event gathered students, faculty, and industry leaders for a day of discussion, learning, and design focused on the future of interior environments.
GiX 2026 highlighted the innovative work of Interior Design students, who presented research-based design concepts addressing sustainability and well-being in spatial design. The exhibition became a platform for bridging theory and practice, empowering emerging designers to think critically about environmental and social impact.
The event featured distinguished judges from Summertown Interiors, Villeroy & Boch | Ideal Standard, Bond Interiors, Life Space Interior, John R Harris & Partners (JRHP), 361 Degrees, Wasael Property Management, and Ajman University. Their professional insights deepened the learning experience and fostered dialogue between academia and the design industry.
